RISE win prestigious award
RISE Mutual received the prestigious Employee Ownership Association ‘Rising Star’ award at the Employee Ownership Association Gala Dinner at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel on Monday 21st November. The dinner is the traditional centrepiece of the EOA Annual Conference.
The Rising Star Award, endorsed by the John Lewis Partnership, recognises the success of an organisation that has become employee owned no more than three years prior to September 2016. It celebrates businesses that in their early life are becoming an effective company with a strong culture of employee ownership. We were chosen for our commitment to transforming the lives of offenders and our role in making communities safer. RISE were also commended for creating a strong Mutual identity and for placing service users at the heart of the organisation.
Kuljit Sandhu, Managing Director, said: “This is a landmark achievement and recognition of all the hard work we have done over the last two years.”
