As accredited providers of HMPPS interventions, we are qualified to deliver Quality Assurance (QA) for your programmes. Our QA Framework aligns with HMPPS’ requirements and the RESPECT accreditation process, ensuring safe and effective practice for all. We currently work with Kent, Surrey and Sussex (KSS) CRC, providing Quality Assurance (called “treatment management”) for the BBR programme throughout the counties.

Our Senior Practitioners have been trained by HMPPS or an accredited provider, to deliver “treatment management”, ensuring quality and integrity through video monitoring or live observation, developing, strengthening and maintaining the skills of practitioners and achieving mindful and responsive delivery skills.

By monitoring delivery (between 1 in 5 and 1 in 10 sessions is viewed depending on the programme), we help practitioners avoid programme drift and unprofessional performance. Written and verbal feedback is provided to practitioners. Individual scores are included in the monitoring forms; however, this is substantiated by identifying their strengths and areas for improvement.
