RISE offer women-only programmes and support for those who may be victims of domestic abuse or perpetrators themselves. In a compassionate and non-judgemental environment, our experienced facilitators and safety advisors will help to provide an empowering service.

Domestic Abuse Safety Advisors (DASA’s)
A victim support service for all current or ex-partners of service users participating in any RISE domestic abuse perpetrator programmes.
Strive
Strive is a prison-based programme designed for women who are at risk of, or are, self-harming, to reduce risk of self-harm or self-inflicted death. The programme provides participants with opportunities to discover alternative and safer coping strategies to self-harm, and the resources needed to develop greater emotional resilience.
New Beginnings
An 8-session programme for women who have experienced domestic abuse. The group is usually made up of 6-8 women and covers a range of topics linked to well-being and improving safety in relationships. These sessions are confidential and offer women the opportunity to share their experiences in a safe way.
FADA (Female Aggression and Domestic Abuse)
Female Aggression and Domestic Abuse (FADA) is a one-to-one programme devised for women who are abusive or violent in the domestic setting. It is a holistic programme, designed in response to existing research, and can be used for all women who have committed offences related to violence and aggression.
