More about RISE
Find out about the journey we've been on over the last 10 years, what we've achieved and what's next for us.
RISE is a staff-led mutual that designs and delivers behavioural change programmes and new approaches. Our work aims to transform the lives of individuals, families and communities. We believe - given the right support, people can make safer, healthier choices that strengthen families and communities and create stronger futures.
Through a combination of group work and one-to-one sessions, our programmes aim to prevent reoffending. We take a family-centred, whole systems approach to aid in behaviour change of the person causing harm and support the victim/survivor.
Our aim is to grow our impact and influence, guided by evidence, grounded in values, and centred on people – service users, employees, communities, and partners.

Our Service User Council offers a voice to Service Users to enhance our understanding of services and how they work, providing opportunities for learning, training and development. Our aim is to make people feel valued and respected to further our goal of recovery through inclusion and developing life skills.
