The Tri-force Area Conditional Caution Pilot Evaluation led by Avon & Somerset, Hampshire & Isle of Wight, and West Midlands Police led an evaluation into the effectiveness of Out of Court solutions to Hate Crime in England and Wales.
RISE designed Perspective to reduce the impact and frequency of hate crime. The course consists of a one-to-one remote session to engage and motivate offenders, concluding with three groupwork session in person when suitability has been approved.
Our course was evaluated by the Tri-force and the findings showed an 86% completion rate, and a continued need for this OoCR in their police forces to divert and educate the individuals committing hate speech.
